Kairi's 8th SheIn Review

Hello everyone!
How are you doing? I'm stuck at work for 9 days straight at the moment,
so I'm glad that I'm finding a bit of time now :)
Even though it's supposed to be summer here, it got super cold recently.. I hope
this weird weather change will be over soon. I want sunshine!

In the spirit of summer I'm doing my next review for SheIn today and
I'm going to show you this lovely shirt that I got from them:

The shirt costs $11,99 instead of $18,99 at the moment and it is
available in light bluegraywhite and pink

Here's how I got the shirt:

Even though it's not that visible in the picture, the patch is
actually sewn on and not glued.

The fabric has colorful piling on it and feels very light.

Time for the rating:

Quality: 5/5
The fabric is very soft and comfortable. Another pro for
me was the sewn on patch! Also I found no loose threads.
After washing it in the washing machine the color was
still the same and the patch didn't come loose.

Sizing / Fit: 4/5
I feel like it runs a bit small in size, but the measurements
are quite accurate, so make sure to check them before buying!

Overall: 4.5/5
I love the look of this shirt, it's very cute and the alien
patch gives it a bit of a unique look. The colorful piling is super
cute and really makes people look twice :)

To coordinate this shirt I tried to stay with the space / galaxy
theme. Doing my make up was a lot of fun!
(I used the "Wild at Heart" palette from BH Cosmetics)

I hope you enjoyed this review!

Kairi's Dresslink Review

Hey guys!
A while ago I got to pick some items from Dresslink to review them for you.
Dresslink sells everything from tops to swimwear for incredibly low prices.
I chose to review a pink skater skirt, a black caged suspender skirt, an ice cream printed t-shirt
and a belt with a bowknot buckle, all of which were under 5$!

Their shipping is calculated by the item's weight, so shoes and bags will cost a bit
more. My order was $18.93 including shipping.
Considering how long shipping from China to Germany can take, Dresslink
was pretty fast with a shipping duration of about three weeks including customs.

I also have two coupon codes for you, that you can use during the checkout:
DLblog5 = Get $5 off on once purchases of $59
DLblog10 = Get $10 off on once purchases of $99

Now onto the items!

The pink skater skirt is the first item that I got from Dresslink. The waistband is elastic
and the fabric is pretty sturdy. The color is more authentic in the closeup picture though.
It's not really pink, but more close to apricot instead.

I think the skirt is really cute and also this style never looks out of
fashion. With the price of currently $2.24 it's also super cheap and you could get it in a variety of colors if you want. The waistband is stretchy, but I wouldn't recommend it for plus sizes.

Overall: 5/5

The next item is this black caged suspender skirt
I was so excited for this skirt because it looked so cool! It also has a stretchy waistband
and elastic suspender straps. It's currently on sale for $4.01.

Above you can see details of the zipper and the fabric. The suspenders and the
waistband are super stretchy and thus very comfortable. The fabric was a bit wrinkly,
but if you iron it carefully they will get out. I personally love the zipper detail as well.
It's a very nice skirt and super versatile as well, it can make your outfit look very cute
or a bit cheeky as well.

Overall: 5/5

The third item that I got from Dresslink was the ice cream print shirt.
I'm already wearing it on the photos above with the black suspender skirt, so I'll just
do a quick review.

The has a very cute ice cream print and short sleeves, it's not stretchy and
has surprisingly thick synthetical fabric, so you're kind of bound to sweat a lot in it.
I think it's still very cute, but it's probably better to wear it in spring or autumn when it's
not too hot. For $4.24 it's just as low priced as the other items.

Overall: 4/5

The last items I got was this bowknot belt. It only costs $1.04!

It's made out of an elastic fabric and has a buckle with a bow on faux leather in front.
Although it has an elastic band, it's really not as stretchy as you'd think. I couldn't find
measurements, but I'm a US size 2/4 at 5'4" and it's very tight. It also had a very strong
chemical smell when I got it and even after washing and having it outside for a week straight
it's still a bit smelly, but definitely bearable now. I still like it a lot because it's super chic
and a great addition to otherwise plain dresses.

Overall: 3/5

I'm very happy with my first purchase from Dresslink! Although I got the
impression that it can kind of be a hit or miss, especially with the sizes, but
considering the low price it's definitely good. You get what you pay for.
I was really surprised, but also happy that everything looked exactly like in the stock pictures.
Overall I had a good experience and would definitely buy from Dresslink again.

I hope you enjoyed this review!

Kairi's 2nd Japan Candy Box Review + Giveaway

Hello lovelies!

A while ago Blippo asked me to do another review for their
Japan Candy Box. They are also the same people who distribute the Kawaii Box.
If you haven't heard of either one yet you can check out my reviews here:

↓

But in short: Japan Candy Box and Kawaii Box are both subscriptional
services where you get a parcel every month, filled with either cute Japanese candy
or Japanese and Korean stationary and other cute things.
Shipping is free worldwide as well!

Since I always loved the stuff they sent me I agreed to do another review for you.
I'll also host another giveaway for them soon, so stay tuned for it!

Because German customs are nasty I'll be reviewing the Japan Candy Box
of March 2016. Here we go!

Doesn't that look great already? Let's take a detailed look at everything!
This list comes with every box and will be the guide for the review:

1.
First off are the candy sticks! They come in coca cola and grape flavor
and they are reaaaally sour. I was legitemately surprised, because a lot of German
candy that is labeled sour is not actually sour. Also it made me crave and miss
the grape soda I had in Japan, but sadly they don't sell it here u.u
Anyways I really liked that one, it was a good start!

2.
Next up is the Meiji x Sanrio collaboration chocolate. I was looking forward
to this one a lot, because it looked so cute and I wanted to taste these strawberry x
chocolate thingies from Meiji for a while now.

The packaging was super cute, but then
................................
................................
................................

That happened ;___;

Since German customs held in the parcel for so long during extreme
heat it melted away completely. Needless to say that I was super sad :(
I still tried a bit of the chocolate and it tasted okay, but I guess the flavor had
changed due to the extreme melting.

3.
This one is a kind of DIY kit like Poppin' Cookin', just a bit smaller.
It looks really cute and is probably super yummy as well, but I'll try this one
seperately along with a Poppin' Cookin' set I have laying around.

4.
These are the Pizza Crackers! I expected them to have the regular bell
pepper flavor, so I was even more surprised when they actually tasted
like pizza a lot! You really get the taste of grilled pizza crust and melted
cheese and tomatoes, which is pretty cool.

5.
Calbee Vegetable sticks!
We had them a lot during our Japan trip since my friend is crazy about them ^^
They actually don't take like much, only faintly like potatoes and kind of
brothy, but somehow they're really addicting to us. Although I could understand
if someone wouldn't like them that much. They're also not really salty, I guess
that's a thing a lot of Western people aren't used to.

 6.
These are the Meiji Mushroom Mountains, a long time favorite of mine.
They sell the Korean version here so that's why I knew them already and kept
them closed. They're just regular biscuits with
a cute mushroom shaped chocolate top, but also very tasty ^^

Fun fact: back then, when I was a hardcore SHINee fan a friend used
to give them to me because of Taemin's bowlcut at the time, so for me
it was always the Taemin chocolate :'D

7. & 8.
Sadly I mixed up the order on these a bit > <
These are the Cola Chewy candies and the Grape Gummies.
The sizing is really tiny which is cute to try.

To my understanding the grape thing was a chewing gum, so I didn't
open it because I didn't want to spit it out immediately after trying :(
Instead I opened the chewing candy (second pic). They are all wrapped on their own
and they are pretty thick in consistency. They had this nice regular coca cola flavor,
but I noticed, that Japanese candies over all don't have such a strong flavor as
Western candy. I don't know if this is actually true, but that was my impression.
Feel free to share if you have the same or a differing opinion :)

9.
Next is the Soda Candy Bar,
It's almost the same as the Cola chewing candy, it just looks
a bit different.

 10.
Last are the 100% Full Juice Gummies.
The packaging was also rather tiny, but looked promising to me because
I love citrus fruits a lot. The candies are small and very soft and smell
(who would've thought) like orange. They are softly coated with a mildly sour powder,
probably to emulate the sour taste of oranges. To my surprise they had a very authentic
orange juice taste. These ones were also probably my favorites along with the grape soda
candy and the mushroom mountains.

If you got interested and want to try out Japan Candy Box you
